My Approach.

Everyone is unique and the right therapy for you and your family may include a range of models and techniques based on your personal goals and reasons for coming to therapy.

Therapy may be about working 1:1, with your whole family, or with some family members (e.g. siblings, parent work, or couples work).

I find the best way to engage and help children is to work creatively, through a combination of talking, play, drawing, story-telling and games.

All work is guided by evidence-based models.
